the location was great right on the shore i saw the farne islands and bamburgh castle in the distance the room was faultless the bed was comfortable breakfasts were really nice

I found the staff helpful. My room was clean. The food they served was good. The portions were appropriate for the price.
The room was freshly painted. It was near the main entrance. I couldn't open my window because the smell of paint was too strong. The room was quite small.

the staff was very nice and accommodating, i am thankful. the cooked breakfast was good too. my room had a lovely view facing the sea.
the soundproofing was very poor in my room, that was unfortunate. i was awaken by loud noises from the kitchen. a radio was played very loudly early in the morning.

Seafood Lover's Paradise!!!

Room 3 gave me an awesome view of the beach and the castle. The bed was comfy. I loved the fact that I could bring my dog. The menu suited seafood fans. The owner is a fisherman and catches his own lobsters and crab. The breakfast included a crab scrambled eggs option. The seafood platter was delicious. I also had the crab loaded fries and salad one evening, and they were very good.
The room had just been painted, it was room one, and was right next to the main entrance. I couldn't open the window because it was on the ground floor, and the smell was a bit much in such a small room. I stayed only one night, but I would not have stayed longer in that room.

The staff were friendly and helpful, providing prompt service and attending to requests efficiently. Breakfast stood out with its continental style. a choice of hot food that was freshly prepared.

The location was perfect, with sea views and easy walking distance to everything one needs. A log burner created a nice atmosphere for evening meals. The decor was lovely, and the beds were really comfortable.
